MIKE - INK PRACTITIONER - 4 YEARS I have been tattooing for four years now. His love and respect of this craft began when he got his first tattoo at the spry young age of thirty-seven. That first tattoo turned into two, two became three along with a supporting relationship to the shop. That supporting relationship became an apprenticeship which became a love for one of the most individually unique and perhaps oldest expressions of art known. Growth is the single word which defines Mike. Growth as a father, a husband and an artist. His biggest fan is also his favorite canvas as he and his wife Jennifer have traveled this road together. Along with paying respects to the traditional styles of tattooing that have laid the pave stones, Mike truly enjoys treating the skin as a canvas, working with his clients to create for them a lasting piece of art. For him, it is both a humbling, yet exhilarating experience each time he is allowed to break skin and create indelible marks. |
